DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Sure do! To save on shipping and pick up locally, simply input the code "LOCALPICKUP" at checkout. Please make sure to include a reliable way to contact you, so that I can let you know where you will be picking up from.
DO YOU DO BULK ORDERS?
YES! I can absolutely do a bulk order. Please email me at: info@fiveandcrew.com for details and to set up a bulk order.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Yes! Give me all the creativity, please. If you have a vision for an item or wall hanging but don't see on the site... PLEASE ask me to make it for ya! I'm all for expanding my creative horizons + helping you bring your vision to life.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME:
Some items are ready to ship and will go out the same day or next day depending on the time of order. For items that are customized or made to order, please allow up to 5 business days for your item(s) to be shipped out. Wall hangings will take longer and can be discussed when purchased.
If you need something rushed, please contact me and I will do my best to get it to you. Please keep in mind that I cannot control shipping.
REFUND POLICY:
Due to the customized and handmade nature, there are no refunds on any items.
Damages and issues
If your item arrives broken or defective, I will be happy to offer a store credit or a replacement. Proper proof of damage must be provided within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
