Shipping & Customs

Shipping info

Shipping depends on the size of your item as well as where you are shipping to. The typical item from my shops costs roughly $4.50+ to ship. I do offer free shipping over $75!

Pickups

No, I currently do not offer pickup. I run my business out of my home and would like to keep that information private.

Absolutely! If you'd like to save on shipping and we have previously discussed it, you are more than welcome to do a market pickup. Please note, items must be paid for in full to reserve items for pickup. If you are hoping to pick up at a market with no communication there is a possibilty an item may be unavailable.

Customs

I do! Please reach out to me if you'd like to customize any items on the site.

Unfortunately, I am currently not customizing digital products- ie. I am not customizing personal shirts or offering custom designs.

Returns

If your order is damaged upon arrival please contact me immediately and provide photos of damage. Because of the handmade nature, I do not offer returns.

If an item does not fit, I am more than happy to work with you.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Turnaround time is typically 2-4 business days after the order is placed, depending on what items have been purchased. Items that are handmade and made to order may take up to 7 business days to be shipped, depending on order size.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email me as soon as possible at info@fiveandcrew.com

How can I track my order?

All orders will have tracking numbers attached to the email used during checkout. If you cannot find your tracking number feel free to contact me.

Please note, once your package has been scanned in, it is completely out of my hands. Each package has insurance. If your package happens to get lost, you must file a claim with your local post office.

How do I know if I have received my complete order?

Your tracking information will show "delivered". Occasionally, some items will ship separately, but you will receive a notification for each shipment.

I am human and mistakes may happen! If I forget something from your order, please contact me within 48 hours.
