DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

Sure do! To save on shipping and pick up locally, simply input the code "LOCALPICKUP" at checkout. Please make sure to include a reliable way to contact you, so that I can let you know where you will be picking up from. 

DO YOU DO BULK ORDERS?

YES! We can absolutely do a bulk order. Please email us at: info@fiveandcrew.com to set up a bulk order. 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Yes! Give us all the creativity, please. If there is a macrame hanging, shirt idea, or macrame item you'd love me to make but don't see on the site... PLEASE ask me to make it for ya! I'm all for expanding my creative horizons + helping you bring your vision to life.

 

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME:

Turn around time varies for apparel vs. handmade items. Any tees, crewnecks, beanies, or hats may take up to 1 week to ship. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. 

All other items state shipping time on individual item descriptions. If you need something rushed, please contact me.

Please be advised that retail items are shipped separately from hand-made items. I will get your handmade items shipped out as soon as possible! 

REFUND POLICY: 

Due to the customized and handmade nature, there are no refunds on any macrame or handmade items. 

For apparel/hats/beanies, I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at info@fiveandcrew.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact me for any return questions at info@fiveandcrew.com.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
